CURRENTLY ENROLLING MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS STUDIES
EPOC: Relapsing-Remitting MS
A 6 month study comparing oral Fingolimod to Rebif, Copaxone, Avonex, Betaseron, or Extavia.
PASS: Relapsing-Remitting MS
An observational study to monitor the long-term safety of oral fingolimod.
DECIDE: Relapsing-Remitting MS
A 3 year study comparing the safety and efficacy of once-monthly subcutaneous Daclizumab to once-weekly intramuscular Avonex.
STRATIFY: Relapsing-Remitting MS
A 2 year study to measure JC virus antibodies in people currently receiving or considering starting Tysabri.
WALKING STUDY: All forms of MS
A 5 week study evaluating 2 doses of twice-daily Dalfampridine versus placebo.
OPERA: Relapsing-Remitting MS
A 2 year study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous Ocrelizumab given at 5 intervals compared to Rebif 3 times weekly.
ASCEND: Secondary Progressive MS
A 2 year study to assess the efficacy of Tysabri in subjects with Secondary Progressive MS.
